In many cases your business only needs a few functionalities to manage your MPS services. ZERO Flex lets you choose how much you want to pay based on what you use.

The basic license includes the inventory details of the printers that you are monitoring, and the capacity to add an unlimited number of customers. It also includes a direct access to the most recent status of each printer or copier, including levels, remaining days and counters.
Zero supports printers from virtually all manufacturers. It supports all types of printers: laser and ink printers, MFPs and copiers, ribbon printers, large format printers, garment printers and other.
You can choose among the features apps available in order to tailor your monitoring Panel based on your needs. Choose the apps that you need, and add new apps in the future as your business and needs grow.

  • Status:
    From the Status app you can manage the thresholds to settle the alerts for consumables. Use % remaining or "days remaining" thresholds independent for each printer. Send "push" message direct to the cell phone of your customer.
  • Cartridges: Alerts + Installations:
    2 state of the art apps to control end-to-end every cartridge that you ship or you buy for a printer. The Consumable Alerts app shows all the cartridges which level has reached the threshold defined and that will soon have to be replaced in the printer. In addition, the operator receives an email with the details of each alert. The Installations app automatically identifies when a cartridge shipped is installed and identifies the capacity wasted.
  • Group Shipping + Volume Analytics:
    Group Shipping app lets you group your shipments to a specific customer to take place in a week day of your choice. The Volume Analytics app provides usage ratio based on the volume of pages / images printed by each printer, usage diagnose and device uptime %.
  • Technical: Alerts + Calendar
    2 necessary apps for those who need to manage technical alerts in the most automated way. The Tech Alerts app shows all those alerts open automatically or semi-automatically (pushed by the customer). The operator can close the alert manually. The Calendar app shows up to 90 days in advance when certain parts, such as the fuser or the maintenance kit, will need replacement.
  • Counters:
    Detailed list of counter values for each device. Includes a searching option and download (excel or CSV format) of counters and pages printed each month or in a user specified period.
  • OpenDCA:
    The OpenDCA app lets you manage the multiple DCAs you're using to monitor the printers of your customers. A state of the art configuration console is used to modify their configuration from remote.
  • Printers Offline + Obsolescence:
    The Offlines app list all the printers and DCAs that have lost the connectivity with the monitoring tool. The Obsolescence app displays the list of printers for which there is either an economic or a technical reason for their replacement.
  • Settings:
    The Settings app lets you easily enable or disable the alerts (for consumable or technical), change the addressee of the alerts and change the name of a project or remove it.
  • Charts + Scorecard:
    Includes 4 apps: Analysis app includes dynamic charts that show the volume of devices based on the volume of pages printed, the evolution of pages printed, the consumables shipped, the monitoring status of printers and their obsolescence status. The Charts app shows the volume of printed pages and the volume of cartridges shipped over time. 2 more graphs show the connectivity of the printers (printers off-line) and their obsolescence scoring. The Scorecard app shows how well the selected printers and MFDs are measuring up compared to the best market practices. An executive summary provides all of the basic details of the portfolio managed including an environmental efficiency ratio. The Snapshot app shows the details for each project or selected projects down to the number of pages printed, contract details and alert status.
  • Forecast + Shipment analysis:
    Includes 3 apps: Forecast app shows the amount of cartridges of each type that will be needed by the printers up to 90 days in advance. Volumes app forecasts the required amount of toner/ink and paper that will be utilized by each printer or device over the next 12 months. Shipment Analysis app shows the statistics of all cartridges shipped to each device, both during the last month and accumulated since the device was first monitored by the system. This information is updated monthly.
  • Coverage + Profitability:
    3 premium app for a state of the art control of costs to all MPS service providers or customers that need to audit the actual printing performance of the cartridges used. The Profitability app calculates the profitability per printer, measured in terms of cost savings compared to expected costs. The Actual Coverage app shows the end-to-end life of each cartridge and calculates: the actual coverage, pages printed, pages wasted and more. Some filters are available and allow you to group the results and visualize them per cartridge, per SKU or per serial number of the device. The Actual Performance app calculates the performance of each SKU and allows the service provider or the customer to audit the printing capacity of the cartridges it buys. For accuracy reasons, these Premium apps require 4 months of history to generate.
