The aspects that can often escape your vigilance and that pose a risk to you are the following:
- That your tool capture personal data.
- You must distinguish between “data reading” and “data transmission”:
o If the DCA agent that you install in the client reads personal data, but then does not transmit them, you are already immersed in a risk situation.
o Make sure that the “transmitted” data goes to a server located in a European country or “recognized as safe”.
